Cold case: police are still looking for the person(s) who killed Juan Montoya-Martinez and Antonio Aguilar-Hernandez

The two men died from gunshot wounds on June 11, 2012

On June 11, 2012, employees arriving to work at the 5000 E. 52nd Avenue in Commerce City observed what appeared to be a transient male sleeping behind the business.

When the employees approached the male, they noticed blood on the ground next to him and proceeded to call 911, according to a report about the incident on the Colorado Bureau of Investigations Cold Case website

When police arrived on the scene, the bodies of Juan Montoya-Martinez and Antonio Aguilar-Hernandez were discovered within a few feet of each other. 

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene as a result of gunshot wounds.

The Commerce City Police Department is still looking for the person(s) who shot and killed Montoya-Martinez, 27, and Aguilar-Hernandez, 30.
