PROTECTION ORDER

On 2/27/2021 at approximately 1100 hours, officers responded the 2400 block of Atwood St. on a call for a violation of protection order. An arrest was made.

LOST PROPERTY

On Saturday 022721 at approximately 1134 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a lost wallet. It was later found. Case closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 02/27/21, at approximately 1152 hours, Officers contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of Dry Creek Dr. Two adults were cited for possession of dangerous drugs.

SHOPLIFT 

On February 23rd, 2021, Officers responded to the 800 block of S. Hover St. on a shoplift that occurred. A suspect has not been identified at this time and a report was taken.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday February 27th at approximately 1320 hours, officers responded to Exner Place on a report of a restraining order violation. An adult male and an adult female were separated. The adult male was served with protection order paperwork.

CHILD

On 02/27/2021 Longmont Police took a call in reference to possible child abuse that occurred at a business in the 2000 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

DUI

On 02/27/21, Officers responded to the 1200 block of S. Hover St, on the report of a driver slouched over the wheel. An adult male was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

SHOPLIFT

On February 27, 2021 around 1415 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. on report of a shoplift. A report was taken.

DUI

On February 27th, 2021, Officers responded to the 100 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. on report of a property damage crash. One adult female was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A veterinary nurse was bitten by a cat at the 800 block of E. 17th Ave. The cat was placed on quarantine.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On February 26th, 2021, Officers contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Crisman Drive. A report was taken.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On 02/26/2021 at approximately1700 hours officers located a suspicious vehicle on the 1900 block of Mt. Sneffels St. A summons was issued.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, February 27, 2021, at approximately 1700 hours, officers responded to the 300 block of East 17th Avenue on a drug overdose. Narcan was administered to the adult male and survived. An information report was completed to document the incident.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business in the 1200 block of Main St. reported the theft of a laptop computer. There are no viable leads at this time.
