GRAFFITI 

A city employee on Jan. 11 reported graffiti had been spray-painted on a building in the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue. There are no viable investigative leads.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Jan. 11 reported a laptop computer was stolen from her vehicle parked in the 2600 block of Third Avenue. There are no investigative leads.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Jan. 11 reported a theft from his unlocked vehicle in the 00 block of Gardner Drive. There are no investigative leads.

THEFT 

A resident on Jan. 11 reported a theft in the 200 block of Vivian Street. There are no investigative leads.

VICIOUS DOG 

A man on Jan. 11 was bitten by the family dog in the 1000 block of Ponderosa Circle. The dog was surrendered to the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and placed in quarantine.

THEFT 

A resident on Jan. 11 reported a theft in the 2600 block of Third Avenue Place. There are no investigative leads.

AUTO THEFT 

Police on Jan. 11 took a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred in the 1300 block of Main Street. No suspect leads have developed.

THEFT 

Police on Jan. 9 responded to the 1300 block of South Terry Street in reference to a report of a theft. A 41-year-old man reported finding his damaged power scooter in a neighbor’s yard.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

Police on Jan.  11 responded to the 400 block of Emery Drive for a report of first-degree criminal trespassing that had occurred previously. 

INJURY ACCIDENT 

Officers on Jan. 11 responded to East Ninth Avenue and Lashley Street in reference to an auto versus pedestrian crash. A woman was transported to the hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries. A man was cited for careless driving causing injury. 

THEFT 

A resident on Jan. 11 reported a theft in the 700 block of Darby Court. There are no investigative leads.

SHOPLIFT 

Police on Jan. 11 responded to the 2500 block of Main Street for a shoplifting report. A woman concealed items and attempted to leave without paying. The woman was issued a summons and released.

THEFT 

Officers on Jan. 11 investigated a theft from the 2100 block of Third Avenue. The case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK 

Police on Jan. 11 responded to the 1900 block of South Fordham Street for a report of neglect of an at-risk adult.

DISTURBANCE 

Police on Jan. 11 responded to the 1300 block of Cumberland Drive for a family disturbance between a father and son. There are no criminal charges at this time.

WARRANT ARREST 

Police on Jan. 11 responded to the 1700 block of Main Street for a report of trespassing. A man was contacted, warned for trespassing and arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was booked and released on bond.
