HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 1-3-2023 at 1500 hrs, a Greeley resident reported a hit-and-run crash to his vehicle while it was parked in the 300 block of Main Street. The run vehicle was identified but not the driver. The case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 1/24/2023, Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of Kay Street in reference to an adult male violating a protection order with an adult female victim. The male was not located at this time and an arrest warrant was drafted.

TRESPASS

On 01/24/2023, Longmont police investigated a burglary in the 1600 block of Cowles Avenue. There are no suspects at this time.

THEFT

On Tuesday, 1/24/23, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. The suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday January 24th, 2023, Longmont police contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of Main Street. An adult male was arrested.

BURGLARY

Officers were dispatched to a cold burglary in the 1100 block of Colorado Avenue. No suspects were located.

DEATH

On 1/24/2022 officers were dispatched to a medical in the 100 block of Empson Drive. An adult female was found deceased. This case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Tuesday January 24th, 2023, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near E 4th Avenue and Wadsworth Circle. An adult female was arrested for outstanding warrants. An adult male was arrested for distribution of illegal narcotics.

MENACING

On Tuesday January 24, 2023 at approximately 1226 hours, officers took a report of a cold felony menacing that occurred in the 1400 block of Renaissance Drive.

ARSON

On Tuesday January 24th, 2023, Longmont police responded to an arson in the 200 block of Caywood Ct.

IDENTITY THEFT

On Tuesday 01242023 officers responded to a cold theft in the 900 block of South Hover Street. A report was filed.

FRAUD

On 1/24/2023 at approximately 1755 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of 9th Avenue on a report of a fraud. A report was taken.

INFORMATION

On January 24, 2023, the Longmont Police Department took an informational report in the 600 block of Peck Drive.

SEX ASSAULT

On Tuesday 01/24/2023 around 1900 hours, officers responded to a call of a cold sexual assault in the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Drive. A report was filed.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday January 23, 2023 at approximately 1328 hours, officers took a report for a cold disturbance that took place in the 4600 block of Clover
Basin Drive.

THEFT

On Monday, January 23, 2023, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Collyer Street. A lost license plate was recovered and a theft report was filed by an adult female.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On 01/23/23 Longmont police received information from a mandatory reporter, regarding two juveniles who exchanged private images to one another. The incident is under investigation.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, officers were contacted by an adult female regarding the violation of a protection order. The case is under investigation.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at approximately 1200 hours, officers were dispatched to a business in the 1700 block of Main Street on a shoplift. Officers contacted an adult male in the alley at the back of the business and recovered two sweatshirts that were stolen. The male was placed under arrest on five outstanding warrants and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On 01/24/2023 officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street for a report of transactional fraud that occurred. A report was taken. This case is closed.

CIVIL

On 012423 at approximately 1520 hours, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a civil issue. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/24/2023 at 1532 officers responded to 1000 block of Kimbark Street on a report of an adult female with a warrant. She was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On January 24th, 2023, officers responded to the 0000 block of 19th Avenue on a domestic violence call. It was found an adult male had assaulted an adult female. A warrant was submitted.

HARASSMENT

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at about 1927 hours, Longmont police took a report of harassment.
