THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 200 block of East Eighth Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1100 block of Delaware Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD

A Longmont resident reported fraud and theft in the 2000 block of Zlaten Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday 01/26/2023 at approximately 0721 hours police responded to the 1100 block Gay Street in relation to an auto theft. The vehicle was left running and unattended. There is no suspect information at this time.

MENACING

On Thursday 01/26/2023 at approximately 0836 hours police responded to the 600 block Frontage Road in relation to a menacing. An unknown male displayed a knife at the victim while shouting names at him. There is no suspect identification at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday 01/26/2023 at approximately 1142 hours police responded to the 1500 block South Hover Street to assist city of Longmont Park Rangers. An adult male was found to be wanted on warrants and was arrested. The male was then taken to Boulder County Jail.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Thursday 01/26/2023 officers were dispatched to an indecent exposure/assault at Layon Park, 1900 Collyer St. It was determined the male suffers from mental health problems and was unaware of urinating in public being against the law. A male was arrested for an assault.

WARRANT ARREST

On 01/26/2023, Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic contact in the area of 900 block 10th Avenue. During the contact, the officers learned that an adult male driver had an active warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested and taken to Weld County Jail.

PROTECTION ORDER

On January 22, 2023, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of S Hover reference a violation of a civil protection order.

THEFT

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at approximately 0840 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 500 block of Main St after receiving a call of a theft suspect seen in the area. The man was located and admitted to committing the theft. He was arrested and found to be on parole. He was taken to the Boulder County Jail on a parole violation. This case is cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On January 24th, officers responded to the 600 block of South Emery Street on a potential harassment. The charges were unfounded and the case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 01/24/2023 at approximately 1939 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of Ken Pratt Ave for a report of a theft. Due to the lack of suspect leads, the case is currently closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at approximately 1130 hrs, Longmont Police responded to the 400 block of Ken Pratt Blvd on a report of a wanted party. The male was located and found to have four active warrants. He was arrested and taken to the Boulder County Jail.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont man was bitten by his neighbor's dog on 1/24/23 in the 1800 block of Lefthand Creek Ln. Animal Control is attempting to place the dog on quarantine.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman and her dog were attacked by a dog at Kansas Ave / S Bross St. The dog has been relinquished to Longmont Humane Society and placed on quarantine.

THEFT

On January 25th, 2023, officers responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd on a theft. It was found an adult male had stolen from a business. The male was cited and the issue was resolved.

TRESPASS

On January 25, 2023 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd., on a parks violation. An adult male was issued a summons and a juvenile male was issued a Rewind referral.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, officers responded to the 2200 block of Main Street on a fraud. An adult female attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. This case is open.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, 01/26/2023 Longmont Police Officers responded to the area of the 700 block of Weaver Park Rd in reference to a burglary of a storage unit. Officers contacted a 45-year-old female.

BURGLARY

On January 26, 2023 Longmont Police investigated an overnight burglar of a community building in a residential complex in the 2400 block of Ninth Avenue. The suspects broke into the room and stole several items. There are currently no suspects or workable leads.

THEFT

On Thursday, 1/26/23, a report was taken reference a theft that occurred in the 2300 block of Ninth Ave. The suspects are unknown.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 1/26/23, Longmont Police responded to a narcotics violation. A juvenile male was issued a REWIND referral.

WARRANT ARREST

On 1/26/2023 officers responded to the 1900 block of Collyer St on an indicent exposure call. An unrelated adult male was contacted and arrested on a warrant.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 0753 hours, Longmont Police investigated an auto theft that just occurred in the 1600 block of Iron Horse Dr.
