On January 29, 2023, at approximately 2111 hours, officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2000 block of Sunset Drive. An
adult female was arrested on a warrant and released on bond.
HARASSMENT
On 01/29/2023 at approximately 1940 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to 28 Durian Court for a report of a sex assault. Information was gathered and the case was determined to be unfounded.
FOLLOW UP
On Saturday, January 28, 2023, officers responded to the 1800 block of Emery St for a follow up. A stolen vehicle was recovered and released to the owner. A report was generated.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On 01/28/2023 Longmont officers responded to the 200 block of E. 8th Avenue on a suspicious situation.
SHOPLIFT
On 01/28/2023 at approximately 1735 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on a shoplifting incident in progress. A male party contacted dispatch and advised a female party was concealing items in her pockets. The female party was not located and the store manager did not want to press charges. This case is closed.
DUI
On 01/28/2023 Longmont police responded to the area of 17th Avenue and Hover Street on a report of a hit-and-run. The run driver was located and arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
On 01/28/2023 at approximately 2107 hours, the Longmont police were dispatched to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and E 3rd Avenue in reference to a traffic complaint. An adult male was seen driving into oncoming traffic and weaving. The male was arrested for DUI.
ASSAULT
On 01/28/2023 at approximately 2147 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Stroh Place on an assault. A female caller advised a male party hit her in the head. The female party did not want to press charges. This case is closed.
DISTURBANCE
On 01/29/2023 at approximately 1502 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of 14th Place on a disturbance. A female caller advised another unidentified female told her to call 911 after she was assaulted. The unidentified female was not located and this case is closed.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On 01/29/2023 at approximately 1721 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Gay Street on a suspicious situation. Several callers advised a female and two male parties were driving erratically and had hit an electrical box. A report was taken and this case is closed.
