CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 24, Longmont police investigated criminal trespassing in the 900 block of Lilac Street. A juvenile male was contacted and arrested. He was later placed on a mental health hold and released on a summons.

DUI 

On July 25, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Main Street. After investigation, a man was arrested on alcohol-related traffic charges as well as driving on a revoked license. Case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 25, Longmont police responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 25-year-old woman stated three people burglarized her residence. The case is open.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT 

On July 23, a child was bitten by her grandparents’ dog. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On July 24, Longmont police assisted the Loveland Police Department with the recovery of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. The vehicle was originally stolen out of Loveland.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 24 at approximately 1351 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of 11th Avenue on a disturbance involving several people fighting in the park and possibly a knife involved. This information was provided after Longmont Emergency Communications (dispatch) sounded the emergency alert tones. Case status is open.

WELFARE CHECK 

On July 24, Longmont police and the Department of Health and Human Services responded to the 750 block of Crisman Drive to conduct a welfare check on a woman and her juvenile niece. This report is for informational purposes only.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 25, Longmont officers responded to the 1200 block of Kimbark Street on a report of a domestic incident.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On July 25 at 0516 hours, two motorists had their cars damaged by thrown rocks in the 1000 block of Hover Street.

DEATH 

On July 25, Longmont police and fire were dispatched to a medical problem in the 1600 block of Great Western Drive. This case is closed.

FRAUD 

On July 25, Longmont police responded to a business in the 400 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to a fraudulent bill being passed. Police collected the available information.

THEFT 

On July 25, a Longmont resident reported a theft in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On July 25, Longmont officers took a criminal mischief report that occurred in the 1800 block of Main Street.

WELFARE CHECK 

On July 25, officers responded to the 2200 block of Harvard Court for a welfare check. A man was later taken to the hospital on a mental health hold. Case closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 25, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Longs Peak Avenue on a report of a domestic incident. The incident occurred between a man and woman. A report was taken.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 25, Longmont officers responded to the 2200 block of Main Street on a disturbance.
