CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A Longmont resident on July 28 reported first-degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2600 block of Stratford Lane. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY 

The Longmont Police Department on July 28 investigated a burglary in the 1400 block of 24th Avenue. The case is closed at the victim's request.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

Members of the Boulder County Regional Bomb Squad assisted the Boulder County SWAT team and the Department of Homeland Security with a search warrant at 6258 Flagstaff Road in Boulder County. The warrant was served without incident.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 15, Longmont officers investigated a report of menacing in the 1300 block of Tulip Street. A woman was threatened by a man. After investigation, the allegation did not meet the criteria for a menacing and prosecution was declined by the city prosecutor.

WELFARE CHECK 

On July 22 at approximately 1427 hours, officers responded to the 500 Block of Terry Street on the report of a woman having a mental health crisis. Officers took the woman into protective custody and transported her to a local facility.

DEATH 

On Saturday, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Meadow Street for a medical assist.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On July 26, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a domestic incident between a man and woman in the 1200 block of Tulip Street.

WELFARE CHECK 

On July 28, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of Kimbark Street for a welfare check. A woman having suicidal feelings. She was placed on a mental health hold.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT 

On July 28, Longmont police took a report of a hit-and-run in the 2000 block of 15th Avenue.

VICIOUS DOG

A juvenile was bitten by a neighbor's dog in the 2200 block of Provenance Court on July 28. The dog owner was warned and the dog placed on home quarantine.

MENACING 

Longmont police on July 28 investigated a menacing that occurred at Colo. 66/U.S. 287. Case is closed.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On July 28, a report was taken in reference to criminal trespass and theft that occurred in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue. The suspects are unknown.

BURGLARY 

On July 28, Longmont officers responded to the 1200 block of Trail Ridge Road on the report of a burglary. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont woman was bitten by her dog on July 28. The dog has been placed on bite quarantine in the owner's home.

FRAUD 

On July 28 at about 1400 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 800 block of East 17th Avenue on a report of a counterfeit bill. Upon arrival, officers recovered a counterfeit $20 bill.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident in the 2400 block of Airport Road on July 28 reported his vehicle was illegally entered. There are no investigative leads.

CHILD 

On July 28 at about 1514 hours, Longmont police took a report of possible child abuse that occurred in the 1400 block of Red Mountain Drive.

HARASSMENT 

On July  28, Longmont officers made a phone call on a harassment/neighbor issue in the 900 block of Warren Court.

SHOPLIFT 

On July 18, a report was taken in reference to a theft that occurred in the 1300 block of Sherman Drive. The suspects are unknown.

MENACING 

On July 28, officers responded to the 300 block of East 21st Avenue on a report of a juvenile male with a knife. After investigation, the juvenile male was referred to the Longmont Community Restorative Justice Program.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 28 at approximately 1711 hours, Longmont police responded to a repeat disturbance in the 500 block of Main Street. A man was arrested on disorderly conduct-related charges.

THEFT 

On July 28, Longmont police took a report of a theft in the 500 block of 15th Avenue. This case is open.

DISTURBANCE 

On July 28, Longmont police responded to the 1200 block of South Coffman Street in reference to a disturbance. Information was gathered and no arrests were made.

DEATH 

On July 28, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Emery Street in reference to a woman who was not conscious and not breathing. The woman was dead, but there were no suspicious circumstances.

HARASSMENT 

On July 28 at about 1916 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 10 block of East Ninth Avenue on a report of harassment.

FRAUD 

On July 28,  Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Flemming Drive in reference to a reported theft. An 82-year-old female fell victim to a financial scam. The case is open.
