FRAUD

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft and fraud in the 800 block of South Hover Street. This case is open. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Monday, June 7, 2021, at approximately 1352 hours, Longmont Police responded 100 block of Baylor Dr., City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and the state of Colorado in reference to a shooting. This call was later changed to a criminal mischief.  

DISTURBANCE

On the evening of 6-7-21, a witness called police regarding an adult male resident of Longmont in a truck harassing an adult male homeless person in the 1800 block of Main Street. The victim did not wish to pursue charges.  

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at approximately 1230 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of Ponderosa Circle on a domestic disturbance. The male half of the disturbance left the scene prior to officers arriving but was later located in another city and placed under arrest.  

VICIOUS DOG

On June 8, 2021, Longmont Police investigated a dog bite in the area of Golden Bear Dr. One adult female was bitten, but the owner of the dog was not able to be identified.  

SHOPLIFT

On Monday, June 7th, 2021, Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Main St. in regard to a shoplift.  

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, June 7th, 2021, Longmont police officers located a vehicle stolen in unincorporated Boulder County in the 000 block of 21st Avenue.  

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bitten by a dog in the 4500 block of Portofino Dr. The dog was quarantined at home. 

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at about 1309 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 1700 block of Queens Drive. An adult female broke into the residence and left prior to the home owner arriving. A warrant will be obtained for this case.  

PROTECTION ORDER

On 06/08/2021, the Longmont Police received a report of an alleged violation of a protection order. An adult female advised she is receiving text messages from an adult male with whom she had an intimate relationship, in violation of an active protection order. 

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Tuesday, 06/08/21, Longmont Police responded to a auto versus pedestrian crash at S. Hover Street. A semi-tractor and trailer was making a right turn as a pedestrian was crossing the roadway. A collision occurred and the female pedestrian later died as a result of her injuries. This case is still under investigation.  

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 6/8/21, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass which occurred in the area of Marshall Pl. The suspects are unknown.  

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On June 8, 2021, officers took a report of a road rage in the area of S. Airport Rd. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons for damaging property. Cleared by arrest - summons issued. 

THEFT

On 06/08/2021, Longmont officers took a theft report from the 4400 block of Bella Vista Dr.  

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On June 8, 2021, officers responded to the 1200 block of Holly Ave. in regards a domestic incident. An adult male and female were contacted. A report was taken. 

ASSAULT

On 06/08/2021, Longmont officers responded to the 1900 block of Donovan Dr. reference an assault. Summons issued.
