THEFT 

A resident on Oct. 12 reported a stolen license plate in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. There are no investigative leads.

DEATH 

Officers on Oct. 12 conducted a death investigation involving a man in the 1000 block of Hover Street.

DEATH INVESTIGATION 

Police on Oct. 12 investigated an unattended death in the 2100 block of Main Street. This case is exceptionally cleared.

INFORMATION 

On Oct. 2 at about 0843 hours, police made a warrant arrest in the 1600 block of Main Street. This case is open.

DISTURBANCE 

Police on Oct. 10 responded to the 100 block of South Main Street in reference to a disturbance. A report was taken.

SHOPLIFT 

Officers on Oct. 11 responded to Office Max, 1120 Ken Pratt Blvd., in reference to a theft. A man and woman entered the store and stole several items. Officers were unable to locate the parties and a report was taken.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE 

On Oct. 12 at approximately 1002 hours, police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street.

THEFT 

A resident on Oct. 12 reported the theft of baseball equipment from the 1900 block of Spencer Street. There are no investigative leads at this time.

FRAUD 

Police on Oct. 12 responded to the 2200 block of Main Street in regard to suspected forgery. This case remains open.

SEX ASSAULT 

An officer on Oct. 12 took a report of a sex assault on a 5-year-old girl that occurred in the 700 block of Nelson Park Lane about a month prior. This case is being investigated.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT 

On Oct. 12 at approximately 1655 hours, officers investigated a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident in the area of Weld County Road 1 and Zlaten Drive.

SEX ASSAULT 

Officers on Oct. 12 responded to an alleged sexual assault in the 1900 block of Emerald Drive. A 52-year-old man is suspected of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl. This case is unfounded.

TRESPASS 

On Oct. 12 at 1807 hours, police responded to a report of trespassing in the 800 block of Robert Street. This investigation appears to be civil in nature and no criminal charges will be filed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Officers on Oct. 12 took a report of criminal mischief that occurred in the 600 block of Ninth Avenue. A man damaged the property of a woman.

PROTECTION ORDER 

Police on Oct. 12 responded to the 1800 block of Lincoln Drive on a domestic violence-related disturbance. A woman was arrested for violating multiple protection orders. She was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

Police on Oct. 11 responded to the 500 block of South Hover Street for a welfare check. Investigation revealed a man committed domestic violence against a woman.
