THEFT 

An employee on Oct. 14 reported theft from a business in the 00 block of South Main Street. This case is open.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A resident on Oct. 14 reported theft from the 400 block of Second Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

CHILD 

Police on Oct. 14 responded to the 1000 block of Dry Creek Drive in reference to child abuse. A report was taken.

THEFT 

A report was taken on Oct. 14 in reference to a theft that occurred at Second Avenue and Main Street. The suspects are unknown.

WELFARE CHECK 

Officers on Oct. 14 responded to the 2200 block of Smith Drive for a welfare check. After an investigation, it was determined everything was OK.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT 

On Oct. 12 at approximately 1304 hours, officers responded to the 300 block of 21st Avenue on the report of a woman who had attempted suicide. Officers located the woman, who had injuries, and she was transported to a local hospital for treatment and further assessment.

MENACING 

Police on Oct. 13 responded to a report of menacing with a knife. A man was later located hiding in a garage and taken into custody. Cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

Police on Oct. 14 responded to the 3200 block of Lake Park Way on the report of a motor vehicle theft. The stolen vehicle was returned to the owner.

AUTO THEFT 

A report was taken Oct. 14 in reference to an aggravated motor vehicle theft that occurred in the 1400 block of Burlington Drive. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

Vandalism and trespassing were reported Oct. 14 at a business in the 00 block of South Pratt Parkway. There are no viable leads.

AUTO THEFT 

A resident reported on Oct. 14 auto theft and theft in the 400 block of Alpine Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DUI 

Police on Oct. 14 investigated two separate hit-and-run DUI accidents at Wedgewood Avenue and Cambridge Drive and in the 1800 block Cambridge Drive. Cleared by arrest.

DUI 

On Oct. 14 at approximately 1113 hours, officers responded to the area of Wedgewood Avenue and Cambridge Drive on a report of a hit-and-run involving multiple parked vehicles. Case is closed.

WELFARE CHECK 

Police on Oct. 14 took a report of possible elder neglect in the 1900 block of South Fordham Street. The case is unfounded.

FRAUD 

Police on Oct. 14 took a report of fraud in the 2000 block of Condor Court. This case is open.
