DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 13, police responded to the 2000 block of Ninth Avenue for a disturbance. A man was arrested for multiple Boulder County Sheriff's Office warrants and transported to the jail. Case cleared by arrest.

INJURED ANIMAL 

On Sept. 7, an injured turkey vulture was found in the 700 block of Francis Street. The bird was transported to the Birds of Prey Foundation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Sept. 13, police took a report of a criminal mischief incident in the 1200 block of South Coffman Street. 

THEFT 

On Sept. 13, police took a report of a theft in the 800 block of Hubbard Drive. 

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 13 around 1530 hours, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 1200 block of Sunset Street. A report was taken.

FRAUD 

On Sept. 13, police took a report of a fraud in the 1700 block of Twilight Court. 

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Sept. 13, officers investigated a protection order violation in the 1400 block of South Collyer Street.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 13 around 1930 hours, officers responded to a fight in the 1300 block of Sumner Street. Multiple summonses were issued.

DEATH 

On Sept. 11, police responded to the 800 block of First Avenue on the report of a death. A man was found deceased inside a vehicle. The investigation has been turned over to the Boulder County Coroner's Office.

DUI 

On Sept. 12, police were contacted in reference to a report of a drunk driver in the area of Ninth Avenue and Coffman Street. A man was contacted and later taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.

THEFT 

On Sept. 13 at approximately 0145 hours, police were dispatched to call a reporting party in relation to a theft in the 600 block of Peck Drive. The theft occurred sometime between Sept. 11 and Sept. 13. There are no suspect leads at this time.

DUI 

On Sept. 13 at approximately 0718 hours, police were asked to perform a welfare check on a man who appeared to be slumped over the wheel of a SUV at Collyer Street and Third Avenue. A man was contacted and arrested for DUI. The case is cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On Sept. 13, officers took a call in the 200 block of Kimbark Street regarding a suspicious situation. This case is being investigated.

THEFT 

On Sept. 13, police took a report of a theft in the 2200 block of Main Street. 

THEFT 

On Sept. 13, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street for a theft. A woman was issued a summons.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 13, officers responded to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Kimbark Street. 

CHILD 

On Sept. 13, officers were dispatched to the area of Ninth Avenue and Lashley Street for a report of a young male running into the road. A juvenile male was contacted and taken to the hospital for a mental health hold.

MEDICAL

On Sept. 13 around 2100 hours, police responded to the 00 block of Emery Way for a medical assist. A man was transported to the hospital.
