VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont male was bitten by his dog on Sept. 19. The dog was quarantined at home.

AUTO THEFT 

On Sept. 19 police took a report of a possible auto theft in the 00 block of University Drive. 

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION 

On Sept. 19 a stolen vehicle was recovered in the area of Grand Avenue and South Bowen Street.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 19 officers responded to a domestic incident in the 200 block of Lashley Street. Case open.

THEFT 

On Sept. 19 police took a report of a theft in the 1400 block of Stuart Street. 

SHOPLIFT 

On Sept. 18 officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street for shoplifting. A woman was served a summons.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT 

On Sept. 18 officers responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 700 block of South Martin Street. The suspect vehicle and driver have been identified. The driver was issued a summons. This case is closed.

TRESPASS 

On Sept. 18 officers responded to a call of an unknown male trespassing at a home in the 00 block of 21st Avenue. The male fled prior to officer arrival.

DUI 

On Sept. 8 officers responded to a DUI in the 1600 block of Hummingbird Circle. An 18-year-old man was arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH 

On Sept. 19 police responded to the 1500 block of Skyline Lane in reference to a report of a deceased person. A 51-year-old woman was found to be deceased under what appear to be non-suspicious circumstances. The case is open.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 19 at approximately 0938 hours, officers were dispatched to a business in the 2400 block of Main Street for theft. A man was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest and was taken into custody. A summons was issued for the theft.

WELFARE CHECK

On Sept. 19 police responded to the 1300 block of 11th Avenue on a report of a man suffering from a mental health crisis. The man was contacted by officers and the CORE team and placed into protective custody. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was placed on a mental health hold.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Sept. 19 officers investigated criminal mischief in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

On Sept. 19 police took a report of a stolen bike in the 800 block of Coffman Street.
