Boulder County Roller Derby is a flat-track roller derby league based in Boulder County, CO. The league was established in 2011 and started out with the Daisy Nukes and Shrap Nellies playing in home team games at the St. Vrain Memorial Building in Longmont. In 2012 the All Stars travel team was established and played locally with leagues like the South Side Derby Dames and the Cheyenne Capidolls’ B team. In 2014 the league became a Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) member league with the All Stars entering the WFTDA rankings system at 66 out of 192 member leagues worldwide. At the end of 2014, the All Stars attended WFTDA’s division 2 playoffs in Kitchener, ON, Canada. In 2015, the Bombshells participated in their first tournament, Bleeding Heartland’s B Cup. The same year, the All Stars played in division 2 playoffs in Dearborn, MI.
