Louisville Mayor Ashley Stolzmann has officially won the Democratic primary for Boulder County Commissioner.

On Tuesday, the Boulder County clerk released the results of the mandatory recount for commissioner district three, with results shifting by three votes in favor of Stolzmann.

With a margin of just 0.1% in the commissioner election, the votes for the Democratic primary were automatically recounted. Tuesday’s update marks Stolzmann as the official winner over Elaina Shively by 71 votes.

Stolzmann said on her candidate website that disaster response and preparedness, transportation, housing and homelessness prevention and support, and climate action would be her key priorities if elected commissioner.

No Republican ran in the district three commissioner race.
