Yes on 3D. As Longmont population grows from 100k+ to an eventual 120k we are becoming a real city and must invest in arts and culture. Converting that old abandoned sugar mill that greets visitors as the drive in into a beautiful performning arts center would be an amazing thing. Yes, as citizens, we have to help fund it but at a certain level $35m of private money gets kicked in. It will not only be a home for our amazing Longmont Symphony Orchestra but will be uses for lots of other great arts related activities. If you love Longmont as much as LSO conductor  Elliot Moore and I do, please consider voting YES on this great investment in our community.

The Herrmann family will be supporting Harrison Earl for the Ward 1 City Council seat. I saw him at a house party and had a follow up conversation over coffee a few days later. He is a super down to earth, intelligent and caring person and I would be happy to have him represent me.

I do think the council has become to far left leaning, and Harrison seems more centrist that the other candidates.

Let's keep Longmont the diverse and exciting community it is!

Thanks, Roland Herrmann
