At Springs at Sandstone Ranch the transition from Phase I to Phase II has been a journey of discovery and improvement, a chance to build on successes, address lessons learned and elevate the living experience for residents.
Building upon the success of Phase I, which welcomed residents in 2018 with a selection of 240 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, Phase II adds 212 townhome-style residences, each with private entrances and optional attached garages.

Since Continental Properties’ inception in 1979, the company has been involved in the development of over 125 apartment communities, encompassing more than 33,000 apartment homes across 19 states. The unveiling of Phase II of Springs at Sandstone Ranch not only marks a new chapter in Continental Properties' journey, but also adds more modern living in Longmont.
With modern floor plans, high-end finishes, gourmet kitchens and abundant natural light, Phase II builds upon the success of Phase I. The distinctive color schemes in Phase II have been carefully chosen to complement the natural surroundings, attempting to create a harmonious and visually appealing environment.
The floor plans and features that residents have seen in Phase I have been mirrored in Phase II. A consistency in design and quality aims to ensure that residents can expect the same high standards that Springs at Sandstone Ranch sought in Phase I.
Several buildings in Phase II have been upgraded to incorporate a range of smart home features and technologies as well. These enhancements include smart locks, advanced thermostats for efficient climate control, Ring doorbells to enhance security and convenience and smart three-way light switches that provide residents with precise control over lighting within their homes.
Springs at Sandstone Ranch has not only learned from Phase I but has also actively taken steps to improve and expand. The addition of two office team members and two maintenance personnel to ensure that the needs of the community are met promptly and efficiently.
Springs at Sandstone Ranch intends to foster a sense of togetherness by organizing a variety of fun and engaging resident events throughout the year. These events serve as occasions for neighbors to meet, interact and build relationships that extend beyond the bounds of their individual homes. One notable event of the past year was the Holiday Market. During this occasion, local vendors set up shop in the community's clubhouse, providing residents with a last-minute holiday shopping experience.
An end-of-summer pool party is also on the horizon for a splash of fun and relaxation. Additionally, with Halloween approaching, the community is gearing up for festive and spooky festivities that will bring neighbors together in the spirit of the season.

Currently, there are no plans for a Phase III or further expansion of Springs at Sandstone Ranch. The present focus is on delivering a living experience to current and future residents within the existing community.
