Although long, at almost 90 minutes, this video gives a very interesting perspective on development, particularly downtown development, and how it affects a city.
They use the real world example of Durango, Colorado as well as other cities of similar size to Longmont as comparisons.
The event was last year, but everything in the video is still relevant today.
This presentation took place at the Longmont Museum and was hosted by the City of Longmont, the Longmont Urban Renewal Authority, Longmont Downtown Development Authority, Downtown Colorado Inc. and APA Colorado.
