P.F. Chang's To Go plans to open by Labor Day in Longmont.

The new P.F. Chang’s To Go could open by September in Longmont.

The Asian and Chinese food restaurant at 1100 Ken Pratt Boulevard is scheduled to open by Labor Day, according to a spokesperson for the company. Its opening would make it the second to go location for P.F. Chang's in Colorado.

In June, P.F. Chang's opened Colorado’s first to-go location in Glendale as part of the company’s national expansion of the fast-casual concept. Launched in 2020 as part of an off-premise dining strategy, P.F. Chang’s To Go features a smaller footprint to allow more guests in high-density metropolitan communities to experience its cuisine, according to a release from the company.

P.F. Chang’s To Go locations offer the same wok-fired dishes but limited indoor seating, providing for faster counter service and easier to go orders. Orders can be made online or through the restaurant’s mobile app.

The Glendale location offers indoor seating for 22 guests and added 32 jobs to the Glendale community, according to the company. It’s unclear how much seating or how many jobs the Longmont location will offer.
