Property Craft tees off with swing, sip and snip ribbon cutting

Property Craft recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Longmont to mark the grand opening of its fifth location

With locations in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Loveland and Greeley, Property Craft recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Leap Day to mark the grand opening of its fifth location in Colorado at 601 South Bowen Street, Suite 304, in Longmont.

Property Craft and Longmont Chamber members came together at The Local Drive — located at the intersection of bar leisure and golf simulator — to commemorate the grand opening of Property Craft’s newest location.

In the spacious environment of The Local Drive, the air hummed with the lively chatter of Property Craft employees mingling with Longmont Chamber members. Dressed in business attire, they seamlessly transitioned from work discussions to friendly banter as they took turns stepping up to the state-of-the-art golf simulators.

Laughter echoed through the space as each swing elicited a mix of cheers and playful taunts. With every sip of their fancy drinks and every bite of a snack, against the backdrop of simulator screens, the atmosphere was vibrant and convivial, inviting a sense of camaraderie and relaxation.

The event kicked off with a light-hearted anecdote from associate membership director of the Longmont Chamber, Wendi Braden, about co-founder and CGO of Property Craft, Joshua Sparks. Braden’s remarks set a jovial tone, highlighting Sparks’ commitment to both business excellence and community engagement.

“One day this random phone call came in through the chamber and there’s a, ‘Hey, so yeah, I’m down at the Chamber, but I guess you guys are under construction or something, and there’s a number on the window, so I just thought I’d call.’ And we’re like, ‘We’re just like a couple of doors down,’” said Braden, noting Sparks’ intent to find a Chamber in every new town.

Scott Hinkle, co-founder and CEO of Property Craft, reflected on the company’s humble beginnings and emphasized its dedication to integrity and community involvement.

“As we celebrate this milestone, we’re reminded of the journey we’ve taken from the back of a pickup truck to where we are today,” said Hinkle. “Our roots in the local community run deep, and we understand the importance of accountability and honesty in everything we do.”

Sparks, in his address, shed light on Property Craft’s core mission and its commitment to exceeding industry standards, particularly in air quality restoration.

“At Property Craft, we’re more than just a restoration company. We’re a voice for property owners, ensuring that their spaces are not just restored, but left better than before,” Sparks explained.

With each new branch, they reaffirm a commitment to serving communities throughout the state, offering comprehensive solutions for property emergencies and restoration needs.

The expansion to Longmont reflects Property Craft’s strategic vision and dedication to meeting the diverse needs of its clientele. From residential properties to commercial spaces, Property Craft's team of professionals aims to bring experience and expertise to every project, ensuring prompt and effective restoration services.

“Unfortunately, somebody has to have an extremely bad day for us to have our phone number,” Sparks continued. “We’re good at what we do, we take our time with the client with an insurance company and the air quality is just huge for us. We want to make sure that we’re leaving that air in this space in between us better than it was before.”

Sparks made sure to highlight that their dedication to quality and service extends far beyond restoration — it’s about building relationships, fostering trust and making a positive impact on the world around them. Whether facing water damage, fire damage, mold mitigation, or other property emergencies, they stand ready to provide the highest quality solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Among a chorus of applause and cheers, together Hinkle and Sparks confidently cut the red ribbon, symbolizing a new chapter of growth and success for the company.
