The City of Longmont sent out a notice on March 24, 2020, that all City Boards and Commissions meetings scheduled between now and April 20 have been canceled.
As of now, Longmont City Council meetings are still scheduled, however, plans are being created to conduct them virtually. These meetings will be live on Channel 8 and Longmont Public Media's website, for those who do not have cable, on Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. The March 24 City Council meeting has been canceled to allow staff time to organize a remote system.
