The City of Longmont is proud to report that we met all drinking water regulations last year.
The 2017 City of Longmont Water Quality Report is now available online for review at bit.ly/drinking-water-longmont. You will find information about Longmont’s drinking water and results of the most recent tests that were done on the drinking water. The City’s Water Quality laboratory, which is State-certified, performs most of the tests on your drinking water and the rest are done by contract laboratories. A total of 10,206 tests were performed on the City’s drinking water last year, 9,186 of which were performed by the City’s Water Quality Laboratory. This ensures that the
water delivered to your tap meets or exceeds the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
