This week is National Pet Week and the Humane Society of Boulder Valley is celebrating with a "name your price" adoption special.
Now through Friday, anyone looking to adopt a pet from the Humane Society of Boulder Valley can stop by and choose from 50 animals that are over a year old. Patrons can then name their price for adoption and begin building a life-long relationship with a furry friend.
The special only applies to animals one year old or older. The humane society has a around 73 animals available for adoption which includes dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and small animals.
The Humane Society of Boulder County is located at 2323 55th St. in Boulder.
