Left Hand Brewing Company's fall Oktoberfest tradition that began in 2012 is back for another year of family merriment with local bands, traditional events and fundraising for the local community.
This year’s festivities will be held at Left Hand’s on-campus venue, The Garden, Sept. 29-30.
Proceeds from ticket sales, merchandise sales and parking will benefit the Left Hand Brewing Foundation and local nonprofits. Since its inception, Oktoberfest has raised more than $265,000K for local nonprofits, according to a news release.
Friday night opens with live music and German-style brews. Then Saturday for all-day activities including more live music from three local bands and headliner Head for the Hills, polka, and traditional events like stein holding, brat eating, and costume contests.

- 11 a.m.-12 p.m. – Polka from Steve Rock’s Tanzkapelle
- 12-1:30 p.m. – Jake Leg
- 1:30-2:30 p.m. – Polka from Steve Rock’s Tanzkapelle
- 2:30-3 p.m. – Brat eating contest
- 3-4:30 p.m. – Broken String Band
- 4:30-5 p.m. – Stein holding contest.
- 5-6:30 p.m. – The Cody Sisters
- 6:30-7 p.m. – Costume contest
- 7-9 p.m. – Head for the Hills
- 9:30 p.m. – Last Call
Tickets are $10 for Friday and $20 for Saturday. Kids 12 and under are free. VIP and premier packages are also available and include event tickets, beer tickets, and premium seating for eight people. Avoid lines and get your tickets today on Eventbrite.
