Longmont City Council will be holding an executive session on Tuesday, October 22, at 6 p.m to discuss "potential economic incentives to attract a new business to locate in Longmont", according to city council documents.
The meeting will be held at the City Council study session room.
Longmont City Council will, in addition, discuss and, potentially determine, “negotiation positions and strategies, and receive instructions regarding a manufacturing primary employer that is considering locating in Longmont, receive legal advice, and consider confidential documents re: same.”
City council documents did not disclose the name of the business.
Executive sessions are closed to the public and topics discussed are limited per the Colorado Open Meetings Law.
