THEFT

The employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 1700 block of Main Street. Case is open.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported the theft of construction materials from the 2100 block of Redfield Circle. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DUI

On 11/20/18, an officer made a traffic stop at 17th and Gay. The driver of the stopped vehicle was eventually arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On November 21, 2018, the Longmont Police Department stopped a vehicle in the 1300 block of Baker Street for a traffic violation. The driver, a 19 year-old female, was found to be under the influence of marijuana and taken into custody for DUI. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 11/21/18, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of 16th Avenue on a report of a domestic disturbance. An adult male was later contacted and arrested on domestic violence and child abuse charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On November 21, 2018, an identity theft report was received from the 1400 block of Bowen Street. An adult male reported his debit card number was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases. Case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at approximately 0857 hours, Longmont police took a report of harassment. An adult female sent numerous unsolicited text messages to another female while she was at work. This case is open pending further investigation.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 11/20/18, at 0916 hrs., a Longmont police officer was assigned a hit and run accident at 225 Kimbark Street. The case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at approximately 1140 hours, officers investigated a hit and run crash. Driver of the run vehicle was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. The driver was arrested and released on bond. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Animal Control was contacted by a female that was bitten by a tenant's dog. The dog has been quarantined and the owner warned.

AUTO THEFT

On Tuesday, 11/21/18, Longmont police recovered a stolen vehicle from the area of 16th Avenue and Stuart Street. This vehicle also believed to have been in an earlier accident. This case is still under investigation.

DEATH

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Meadow Drive on a death investigation. Officers determined that an 82 year-old male passed away inside his apartment. At the current time, it appears the death was from natural

causes. The Boulder County Coroner's Office will also be completing an investigation. The case is currently closed.

HARASSMENT

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Longmont police took a report of harassment in the zero hundered block of James Circle. An adult male has been identified as a suspect. Case open.

DUI

On Tuesday, 11/20/18, at approximately 2344 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near Ken Pratt Blvd and S. Emery Street. An adult female was arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, November 21 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of 16th Avenue in reference to a report of a disturbance. A 28 year-old male was arrested for violation of a protection order. The case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

The Longmont Police Department investigated a burglary at the 1500 block of Atwood St. Case is open.

THEFT

On Wednesday 11/21/18, at 1010 hours, Longmont police officers investigated a theft which took place in the 800 block of Coffman Street in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.
