FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 1900 block of Terry Street reported a theft from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 300 block of 23rd Avenue reported a theft of his license plate. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, 12/3/18, at approximately 2257 hours, police responded to the 1200 block Hunter Court in relation to a domestic incident. An adult female was arrested on domestic violence related charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On December 4, 2018, a criminal mischief report was received from the 2300 block of Summitview Drive. An adult female reported two windows were broken out of her vehicle and personal property was stolen from inside. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

THEFT

On December 4, 2018, a theft report was received from the 1200 block of Gay Street. An adult male reported a trailer was stolen from his property. There is no suspect information. Case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft which occurred in the 1900 block of Emerald Drive. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, at 1117 hours, a Longmont police officer investigated a criminal mischief which took place in the 900 block of 3rd Avenue in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

FRAUD

On December 4, 2018, a fraud case was received from the 600 block of Main Street. An adult female reported her debit card was stolen and used to make fraudulent purchases. Case is open.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Ute Highway and Main Street in reference to a shoplift. An adult female was contacted and arrested without incident. Case closed - cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Monday, December 3, 2018, officers responded to the 2300 block of Zlaten Drive in regards to damage to a construction site. There are no suspects at this time.

SEX ASSAULT

On 12/3/18, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of South Sunset Street reference inappropriate text messages. Two juveniles were interviewed reference this incident. The case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Fort Collins Police Department with the investigation of a sexual assault. This is an on-going investigation, inquiries should be directed to Fort Collins Police Department.

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Fort Collins Police Department with the investigation of a Sexual Assault on a Child. This is an open investigation, inquires should be directed to Fort Collins Police Department.

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Fort Collins Police Department with the investigation of a narcotics case. This is an on-going investigation, inquiries should be directed to the Fort Collins Police Department.

BURGLARY

On December 3, 2018, the Longmont Police Department investigated a burglary in the 1800 block of Stroh Place. This case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft which occurred in the 2000 block of Ionosphere Street. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of a shoplift in progress. One adult male was issued a summons for theft. Case is cleared by arrest.

A Longmont resident in the 800 block of 17th Avenue reported a theft from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

FRAUD

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, officers responded to the 300 block of Main Street in regards to take a report of a pawn violation that occurred. An arrest warrant will be sought for an adult male. Case open forwarded to detectives for follow-up.

INFORMATION

On 12/4/18, officers from the Longmont Police Department responded to an anonymous report of a 15 year-old suicidal male in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. It was discovered that the report was false which caused a disruption to an educational facility in the area. Case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 12/4/18, police investigated a sexual exploitation. Parties involved were warned about their behavior. Case is documented for informational purposes and exceptionally cleared.

FRAUD

On 12/3/18, a Longmont resident attempted to pay her utility bill with a counterfeit $100 bill. This case is open.

BURGLARY

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, at 1247 hours, a Longmont police officer investigated a criminal mischief which took place in the 2000 block of Zlaten Drive in the city of Longmont. This case is closed with no active leads.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Tuesday, 12/4/18, Longmont police assisted Broomfield police with a wanted fugitive in their city. The fugitive was arrested and found to be in the possession of drugs and a handgun.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at about 1500 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Sheley Court, Longmont, Colorado for the report of a restraining order violation. This case is unfounded at this time. Case-unfounded.

DISTURBANCE

On Tuesday 12/4/18, officers responded to a disturbance/assault in the 1900 Block of Warren Avenue. There was no probable cause for an arrest. Case closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, police responded to a shoplifter on the 2500 block of Main Street. An adult male was contacted and issued a summons for theft. Case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at approximately 2010 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street on a theft that had just occurred from a business. The area was checked however the adult male shoplifter was not located. There are no additional leads and the case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at approximately 2122 hours, officers took a cold criminal mischief report that occurred in the 800 block of South Terry Street, in the city of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Cleared by summons.
