FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Longmont resident in the 2200 block of Longs Peak Avenue reported a window was broken on her vehicle and items were stolen from inside. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
ASSAULT
On Thursday, 12/6/18, at approximately 0046 hours, police responded to the 1800 block Industrial Circle in relation to a trespass. An adult female was arrested for assaulting a police officer. The case is cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, December 6, 2018, at approximately 1032 hours, an adult male was contacted at the Longmont Library on an outstanding warrant. He was contacted and taken into custody without incident. He was later released after seeing the municipal court judge.
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD
On 12/4/18, police investigated a sexual exploitation. Parties involved were warned about their behavior. Case is documented for informational purposes and exceptionally cleared.
THEFT
On Thursday, 12/6/18, Longmont police received a report of a theft that had just occurred from a business in the 300 block of Main Street. Upon investigation and searching the area, a suspect was not located and this case will be closed.
FRAUD
On 12/6/18, the Longmont police investigated forged (Counterfeit) currency at a local business. There was no known suspect, and the case is closed.
DRUG VIOLATION
On 12/6/18, officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop due to an expired temporary tag in the 1800 block of Cambridge Drive. The driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Case cleared by arrest.

On 12/5/18, Longmont police were contacted by an adult male expressing suicidal ideation. The male was taken into protective custody without incident and transported to Longs Peak Hospital, where he was placed on a mental health hold.

On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Longmont police received a report of a sex assault in the 1400 block of South Coffman Street. This case is open.
DRUG VIOLATION
On December 5, 2018, an adult female was arrested in the 1600 block of Hover Street for a narcotics violation. The case is closed.

On 12/5/18 officers took a report of a sexual assault that had occurred at a park in the southern end of Longmont. The case is under investigation.
HARASSMENT
On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Longmont police investigated a harassment call in the 1200 block of Main Street. An adult female is suspect. Case open.
ARSON
On 12/5/18, at about 1610 hours, a fire was started in Dry Creek Park in the port-a-potty. Fire and police responded and investigated. The fire department determined it was an arson started with card board and police interviewed some witnesses in the park and obtained possible suspect information. The case is open.
DUI
On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, Longmont police contacted a car in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane. The driver had an obvious odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. After further investigation, the driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI and child abuse. This case is cleared by arrest.
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On 12/15/8, officers responded to the 1800 block of Duchess Drive reference a welfare check. A juvenile female was placed on a mental health hold. The case is closed.
