DRUG VIOLATION

On 7/26/19 at approximately 0730 hours, Longmont Police Department contacted individuals camping in the 900 block of Roosevelt Park. Upon contact, one male and one female were arrested without incident.

ASSAULT

On Friday, July 26, 2019, officers investigated a report of a cold assault in the 2400 block of Pratt Street.

SHOPLIFT

On July 25, 2019 around 0450 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on the report of a theft involving four males. A report was taken.

HARASSMENT

On 7/26/19 at approximately 1005 hours, Longmont Police responded to a harassment call for service in the 300 block of Homestead Parkway. A detailed report was taken.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On 7/25/16 at 1140 hours, a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody by order of the court. The adult male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case was cleared by arrest.

SHOPLIFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

VICIOUS DOG

On 07/25/19, a dog was killed by another dog. The owner was issued a ticket.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

On Thursday, July 25, 2019 at about 2330 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the intersection of East 3rd Avenue and Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident. Upon arrival officers found a Weld County patrol car was involved in an accident while pursuing a vehicle.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT 

On Friday, July 26, 2019, officers responded to a suicidal male in the 2000 block of Sunset Way. An adult male was later taken into protective custody and taken to a hospital for a mental-health hold. Case closed.
