WARRANT ARREST
On 04/23/2018, Longmont police contacted a vehicle for speeding in the area of E. 9th Ave. and Alpine St. The adult male driver of the vehicle was found to have an active warrant for his arrest, and was taken into custody without incident. The male was booked and later transported to the Boulder County Jail.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On April 23rd, 2018, Officers responded to the 600 BLK of Martin Street on report of a criminal mischief that had just occurred. This case will be closed due to lack of evidence.
FRAUD
On April 23, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Main Street on a fraud. An unknown suspect passed a counterfeit $20 bill at a business. This case is closed.
TRAFFIC STOP
On April 23rd 2018, Officers initiated a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle in the area of Mountain View Avenue and Hover Street. The vehicle failed to stop. This case will be closed due to lack of evidence.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On 04/23/2018 Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of Sunset St., to assist an outside agency by contacting the registered owner of a vehicle. The owner was contacted successfully, and information was relayed back to the originating agency.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 0610 hours, Longmont Police investigated a vehicular first degree criminal trespass in the 700 block of Darby Place, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.

On April 24, 2018 a auto trespass report was received from the 1400 block of Burlington Drive. An adult male was contacted who reported his vehicle was entered and several items from inside were stolen. There are no suspects or workables leads. Case closed.
MITTIMUS ARREST
On 04/24/2018 at 1040 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. The case was cleared with an arrest.
AUTO THEFT
On April 24, 2018 an auto theft report was received from the 1200 block of Gay Street. There is no suspect information. Case closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Tuesday, 04/24/18, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 1100 Blk. of Lefthand Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
THEFT
On April 24, 2018 a theft report was received from the 500 block of South Hover. An adult male shoplifted several items from a department store. There are is no suspect information. Case is closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at approximately 1800 hours, an adult female with a misdemeanor warrant turned herself into the Longmont Police Department. The female posted her bond and was released with a new court date. The case is cleared by arrest.
AUTO THEFT
On April 24, 2018 Longmont Police investigated a suspicious situation in the 2400 blk of Scott Ct. A stolen motorcycle was recovered and returned to its owner. No suspect information was available.
BURGLARY
On Sunday, April 22, 2018, an adult female reported a burglary and theft of a large sum of U.S. currency from her residence on the 1700 block of Cook St. An investigation was completed and the case is currently closed with no leads.
FRAUD
A Longmont resident in the 1300 block of Mount Evans Drive reported a theft and fraudulent use of her credit card. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On 4-23-2018 Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to an injury crash involving a vehicle into a building in the 1400 block of Coffman St. Two adult female occupants of the building were transported to the hospital for their injuries. An adult female driver was ticketed for Careless Driving Resulting in Injury. The case is closed.
AUTO THEFT
On 04/24/18, officers responded to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr on the report of an attempted auto theft. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is closed.
THEFT
On Tuesday, 04/24/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 1900 Blk. of Mt. View Ave. in March 2018. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On 04/24/2018 officers responded to the 1600 block of Willodene Dr on an attempt to located. After investigation, an adult male was taken to Boulder County Jail on a probation detainer.
WARRANT ARREST
On April 24th, 2018 at approximately 1515 hours, Longmont Police contacted an adult female in the 2200 block of Main Street Longmont, CO. The female was arrested on outstanding warrants.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
At 1529 hours, Longmont Police officers took a report of a suspicous situation by phone. No crime was committed and the reporting party did not want officers to contact the male suspect. Case close.
SHOPLIFT
On Tuesday, April 24, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 blk of S. Hover St on a shoplift. An adult male was issued a summons and released on scene. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.
THEFT
On April 24th, 2018 at approximately 1930 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Lashley Street in reference to a theft. This case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
