CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 12/29/18, a Longmont resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 600 block of Claredon Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

The board member of a Longmont business reported criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Hover Street. This case is closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1700 block of Meadow Street. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday 12/28/18, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Spotswood Street on a suspicious situation. No further information. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, December 28, 2018, Longmont officers responded to the 2100 block of Squires Street on a criminal mischief. This case is closed.

DUI

On Friday, 12/28/18, at approximately 2224 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near Main Street and 10th Avenue. An adult female was arrested for DUI related charges and an adult male passenger was arrested for an active warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 12/28/18, at approximately 0043 hours, officers were flagged down in reference to a possible domestic violence call in the area of the 300 block of Main Street. The involved parties were located, but at this time officers were unable to determine if a domestic incident had occurred. An adult male suspect was taken into custody for violation of a protection order. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, 12/29/18, Longmont police received multiple reports of vehicles that had windows broken out. This occurred in the 2000-2100 blocks of Collyer Street. These cases will be closed due to a lack of workable leads or suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 12/29/18, at approximately 0938 hours, an officer was dispatched to a criminal mischief in the 3600 block of Mountain View Avenue. This case is closed, no suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 700 block of Plateau Road. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 800 block of Summerhawk Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On December 29, 2018, Longmont police officers responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane in reference to a restraining order violation. Through the investigation, officers determined an adult male violated a protection order naming an adult female. Officers attempted to contact the adult male, but were unable to locate him. A warrant will be issued for his arrest. This case is closed and a warrant issued.

VICIOUS DOG

An incident occurred between two dogs resulting in the death of one dog. No violations against the dog that killed the other.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 500 block of South Hover Street on a shoplift. An adult female was issued a summons and released on the scene. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, at about 1830 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to 600 block of Bowen Street for the report of criminal mischief. No suspect at this time. This case will be closed pending the development of additional leads.

DISTURBANCE

On 12/29/18, officers investigated a cold disturbance that took place in the 1500 block of Hover Street. After investigation, the case will be closed with no suspect leads.

FRAUD

On 12/29/18, an officer took a phone call in reference to a fraud in the 2300 block of Main Street. This case is open.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 12/30/18, officers with the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Main Street. An adult passenger was arrested for possession of cocaine. This case is cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On December 28, 2018, Longmont police responded to a business in the 1800 block of Hover Street on a welfare check on a customer. The adult female reported some domestic issues with her husband, and was transported to a facility in Boulder for detox. This case is closed and for information only.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, officers were requested to assist the Larimer Humane Society in contacting a male in the 1100 block of East 17th Avenue. The male was contacted and found to have an unrelated outstanding warrant. The male was later taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 12/29/18, officers with the Longmont Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop near the intersection of Alpine Street and 3rd Avenue. The vehicle eventually eluded officers. The driver has been identified. This case is open pending an arrest warrant.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, 12/29/18, at approximately 2346 hours, Longmont police contacted an adult male for a parks violation in the 9800 block of North 119th Street. The male was arrested for an active warrant and the case is cleared by arrest.

LOST PROPERTY

On 12/30/18, a resident of Erie reported having lost his wallet in the 2300 block of Clover Basin Drive in Longmont. An informational report was taken and the matter is closed.

CHILD

On December 30, 2018, officers responded to the 1900 block of Terry Street on the report of a child who ran away. The child was located and a report was taken for informational purposes. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On Sunday, 12/30/18, at approximately 1100 hours, officers received a report of harassment that occurred in the 600 block of Grandview Meadows Drive. Due to the lack of suspect information, this case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Sunday, 12/30/18, at approximately 1240 hours, officers responded to a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 1200 block of South Hover Road. Due to the lack of suspect information, this case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/30/18, Longmont police responded to the 300 block of Baker Street in an attempt to locate a subject with active warrants. The subject was located and arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, 12/30/18, Longmont officers took a theft report in the 1400 block of Coffman Street. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/30/18, at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 block of Hover Street. The female driver was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. This incident is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Sunday, 12/30/18, police responded to the 2500 block of Main Street on an attempted theft. Police investigated and documented their findings. This case is closed.

LIQUOR LAW

On December 30, 2018, officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Ashford Circle in reference to a liquor law violation. Juveniles were found to be drinking in the residence and parents were contacted. A report was taken for informational purposes. This case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Sunday, December 30, 2018, Longmont police recovered a missing adult. The male was returned to his care takers. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On December 30, 2018, Longmont police officers responded to the 1400 Coffman Street in reference to a juvenile male with a warrant for his arrest. Officers arrived in the area and were able locate and take the male into custody without incident. This case is closed by arrest.
