DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, February 22, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 2400 block of 17th Avenue in reference to a report of harassment. A 22 year-old female reported her 23 year-old male ex-boyfriend was harassing her and broke her window. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, February 22, 2019 at about 0534 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2000 block of 9th Avenue on a report of a protection order violation. Upon arrival, officers arrested an adult male for 2 counts of protection order violation, assault, harassment, and domestic violence. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

MISSING PERSON

On Friday, 2/22/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Summer Hawk Drive in reference to a runaway male juvenile. Officers looked for the juvenile without success. The juvenile was entered as missing. This case is closed

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/22/19, officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the area of 17th Avenue and Lashley Street in reference to a domestic violence incident in progress. Officers located both parties at a residence nearby. An adult female was arrested for outstanding arrest warrants and an adult male was arrested for violation of a protection order. This case was cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, 2/22/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Kansas Avenue and Sherman Drive in reference to a possible DUI. An adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUI. This case was closed and cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On Friday, February 15, 2019 at 1554 hours, a Longmont police officer investigated a reckless driving incident that occurred in the 400 block of Pace Street. This case is open.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Thursday, 2/21/19 at approximately 0900 hours, officers investigated a potential violation of probation regarding a juvenile male. There is not sufficient probable cause at this time. This case is closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, 2/21/19, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. The case was closed as suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/21/19 at 0730 hours, a Longmont police officer responded to the Arapahoe County Jail to take custody of an adult being held on a Longmont municipal warrant. The adult was transported to the Longmont Municipal Court. The adult male was brought before the judge, but was unable to post bond. The adult male was then transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On 2/21/19, a Longmont male was bitten by a dog at home. The dog was placed on quarantine at a shelter.

SHOPLIFT

On 2/21/19, officers investigated a theft in the 500 block of South Hover Street. After an investigation, two adult females from Longmont were issued summonses for theft. This case was cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On February 21, 2019 at approximately 2130 hours, Longmont police responded to the area of Staghorn Drive on the report of a disturbance. An informational report was completed. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Thursday, February 21, 2019 at about 2210 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 10 block of East 5th Avenue on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted two adult males who had different stories on what happened. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On February 21, 2019 at approximately 2306 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 300 block of Quail Road on the report of a domestic incident in progress. An adult male was arrested. This case is closed.

THEFT

On February 21, 2019, Longmont police investigated a theft in the 1500 block of Emery Street. One adult male was identified as a suspect but was unable to be contacted. This case is ongoing.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On 2/21/19, officers located a vehicle involved in a traffic complaint in the 200 block of South Main Street. The adult male owner of the vehicle who is a resident of Longmont was cited. The matter is closed by arrest (summons).

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday February 22, 2019 at approximately 0713 hours, officers responded to the 1000 block of Milner Lane for the report of a protection order violation. This case is open.

SEX ASSAULT

On 2/22/19, Longmont police contacted a reporting party by phone referencing a cold sexual assault that occurred near the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have yet been made. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On 2/22/19, Longmont police responded to the 800 block of Coffman Street referencing a cold harassment. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. This case is closed.

THEFT

On Friday, 2/22/19, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 2300 block of 9th Avenue. This case was closed as the suspect is unknown.

DEATH

On 2/22/19 at approximately 1642 hours, officers responded to assist medical in the 3000 block of McIntosh Drive. An adult female was found deceased in her residence. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 2/22/19 at approximately 1752 hours, Longmont police responded to the 900 block of South Hover Street in reference to a criminal mischief call for service. A report was taken and no probable cause was found for charges, therefore this case will be closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On February 22, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Main Street on a suicidal party. An adult male was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.
