FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 3200 block of Lake Park Way reported miscellaneous items were stolen from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DUI

On February 23, 2019, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a vehicle leaving a business in the 1200 block of Hover Street. The vehicle, driven by an adult male, eluded officers. He was contacted a short while later and arrested for DUI and traffic related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On 2/23/19 at approximately 0500 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the 4500 block of Redmond Drive for the report of a vehicle theft. This incident is still under investigation.

MISSING PERSON

On Saturday, February 23, 2019 at approximately 1010 hours, an officer took a report of a male runaway juvenile from the 4500 block of Redmond Drive. The male was entered into a database listing him as a runaway. Nothing suspicious.

WELFARE CHECK

On February 22, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a welfare check. An adult male was taken into protective custody and transported to Longmont United Hospital where he was placed on a mental health hold.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 2/23/19 at 1443 hours, officers were dispatched to a cold protection order violation in the 2200 block of Mountain View Avenue. After an investigation it was determined that there was not a violation of the protection order and the case was closed.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On February 23, 2019, officers contacted an adult male in the 800 block of Lashley Street. He was arrested for active prior arrest warrants. This case was cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 2/21/19 at approximately 1430 hours, officers received a report of a stolen motor vehicle that occurred in the 000 block of Quail Road. Due to the lack of suspect information, this case was closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday, February 22, 2019, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Denver Avenue in response to a disturbance. One juvenile was ultimately taken to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health evaluation. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On Friday, February 22, 2019 at about 2144 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Main Street on a report of a fraud. Upon arrival, officers collected a counterfeit $50.00 bill and a counterfeit $10.00 bill. This case is closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On 2/22/19, an adult female resident of the 900 block of Plateau Road reported she lost personal items 2 days prior. The matter is closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On 2/22/19, a Longmont male was bitten by his dog. The dog has been placed on quarantine at home.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, 2/22/19, Longmont police officers took a report by phone of a possible auto theft. The case remains open pending further investigation.

SEX ASSAULT

On 2/23/19, Longmont officers responded to Longs Peak Hospital regarding a report of a sex assault that occurred on the 2400 block of Airport Road. This incident involved one adult female and one adult male.

TRAFFIC STOP

On February 23, 2019, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Warren Avenue. An adult male was contacted and arrested on several charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

CIVIL

On Saturday 2/23/19 at approximately 1618 hours, police responded to the 4500 block Redmond Drive in relation to a protection order violation, later determined to be civil at this time. This report is generated for informational purposes. This case is closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On February 23, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Iron Horse Drive on a suicidal party. An adult female was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On February 23, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a harassment in the 300 block of Quail Road. An adult female was spoken to and a report taken. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 2/24/19, officers responded to the area of the 2100 block of Steele Street on a report of a protection order violation. An adult male was arrested for violation of a protection order.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/24/19 at approximately 1310 hours, officers were dispatched on a domestic incident that occured in the 500 block of Terry Street. This case has been closed.

RECOVERED VEHICLE

On 2/24/19 at approximately 1750 hours, officers recovered a stolen trailer in the 300 block of South Hover Street. This case is closed.

HARASSMENT

On Saturday, February 23, 2019, Longmont police investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of Cardinal Way. No suspect leads at this time. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On February 23, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 2400 block of 17th Avenue in response to a restraining order violation. Officers investigated and documented their findings. This case is closed pending a warrant.

SHOPLIFT

On 2/23/19, Longmont officers responded to the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of an attempted shoplift involving one female. The female left the items and took off in a vehicle. This case is closed pending the development of new leads.

FRAUD

On February 23, 2019, Longmont police officers responded to the 1200 block of South Hover Street on a report of fraud. Officers investigated and documented their findings. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 2/23/19, Longmont officers responded to the 800 block of Glenarbor Circle on a report of a domestic situation. The incident involved one adult male and one adult female. The male was arrested and transported to jail. This case was cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On 2/23/19, officers responded to the 1300 block of Sharpe Place on a report of a disturbance with weapons. After investigation, an adult male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 2/23/19 at approximately 2236 hours, police responded to the 1200 block of Hunter Court in relation to a domestic incident. An adult female was arrested on domestic violence charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Sunday, February 24, 2019, Longmont officers responded to the area of Boston Avenue and Hover Streeton a hit-and-run. This case is open.

MISSING PERSON

On 2/24/19, Longmont police contacted a reporting party by phone referencing a missing and possibly suicidal subject. Police investigated the matter and the involved subject was located and contacted safely. No arrests have been made, and the case is currently closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 2/24/19, Longmont officers responded to the 1800 block of 24th Avenue on a report of a disturbance in progress involving one adult male.The adult male was arrested for a warrant and additional charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

MENACING

On February 24, 2019, Longmont police responded to the report of a disturbance in the 2200 block of Dexter Drive. Three adults were contacted. One male was arrested for felony menacing and other charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, February 24, 2019 at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched by phone to a reported First Degree Criminal Trespass (FDC). This case is open pending further investigation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 2/24/19, Longmont officers responded to 50 block of 19th Avenue on a report of a criminal mischief. The suspect threw a rock at a vehicle then fled the scene. This case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On 2/24/19 at approximately 1814 hours, Longmont police responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Lee Way. One adult male was contacted and transported to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health hold without incident. This case is closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On Sunday, February 24, 2019, an adult female called the Longmont Police Department to report her wallet was lost in the 2200 block of Main Street. This case is closed.

STABBING

On February 24, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 300 block of 21st Avenue on the report of a stabbing. A juvenile male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center. This case was cleared by arrest.
