INJURY ACCIDENT
On Friday, 1/19/19, at approximately 1521 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of South Hover Street and Bent Way on a five vehicle injury crash. One adult male died after being transported to the hospital. This case is open.
VICIOUS DOG
A Broomfield resident was bitten by a dog in Longmont. The dog was relinquished back to the rescue it was adopted from.
LIQUOR LAW
On Friday, 1/18/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of East Longs Peak Avenue and Martin Street in reference to several juveniles littering in a park. Officers contacted one juvenile male and issued him a summons. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.
DRUNK
On Friday, January 18, 2019, at about 2224 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult male in the 2300 block of Main Street on a Longmont Municipal Court warrant. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On Friday, January 18, 2019, at approximately 2240 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 900 block of East 5th Avenue on a report of a cold
burglary. Various cameras and camera equipment were stolen and damaged. This case is closed due to a lack of workable leads.
DUI
On Friday, 1/18/19, at approximately 2335 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop near 21st Avenue and Hover Street. An adult female was arrested for an active warrant and DUI charges. An adult male was summonsed for a weapons violation. This case is cleared by arrest.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Saturday, 1/19/19, at approximately 0019 hours, police responded to the 600 block of Martin Street in relation to a criminal mischief. The incident occurred on Friday, 1/18/19, at approximately 2300 hours. This case will be closed due to a lack of suspect information.
DUI
On 1/19/19, officers responded to a single vehicle injury accident in the 1700 block of County Line Road. After investigation, an adult male was booked and released on alcohol related driving charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

DEATH
On 1/19/19, at approximately 1435 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to an address in the 2200 block of Main Street in reference to a death investigation. A detailed investigation and report was taken, with no suspicious circumstances. This case will be closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On January 19, 2019, Longmont police came into contact with an adult male in the 200 block of Kimbark Street who had several warrants out for his arrest. He was arrested and booked. This case is cleared by arrest.

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 600 block of Saint Andrews Drive. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.
TRAFFIC STOP
On Tuesday, December 18, 2018, police conducted a traffic stop near Main Street and Highway 66. An adult male was found to be driving under restraint. He was released on a summons.
DUI
On Saturday, 1/19/19, Longmont police officers responded to the area of 17th Avenue and Pace Street in reference to a possible drunk driver. An adult female was contacted and later arrested for driving under the influence. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID
On Saturday, January 19, 2019, at around 0332 hours, Longmont police investigated a hit-and-run accident in the area of Missouri Avenue and South Coffman Street. The suspect was located and issued a summons. This case is cleared by arrest.
SEX ASSAULT
On Saturday 1/19/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Kimbark Street on a cold assault. This case is closed.
SHOPLIFT
On Saturday 1/20/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to a shoplift in progress in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. One adult male was taken into custody and one female was released on a summons. This case is cleared by arrest.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Saturday 1/19/19, at approximately 2147 hours, police conducted a follow-up investigation in the 600 block of Martin Street. A further crime was discovered. This case will be closed due to a lack of suspect information.
DUI
On 1/19/19, at approximately 2230 hours, Longmont police officers responded to the report of a hit-and-run accident in the 1800 block of Tyler Avenue. No damage was located but a vehicle that was identified as being in the area was located and the driver was arrested for DUI.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Saturday, January 19, 2019, at around 2231 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Easter Court on a report of a domestic violence incident. An adult male was arrested and the investigation is cleared by arrest.
DRUG VIOLATION
On 1/20/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Main Street on a report of a suspicious adult male. Upon contact, the male had five active warrants. The male was arrested on the warrants and new charges of violation of a protection order and drug charges. This case is cleared by arrest.
VICIOUS DOG
On 1/20/19, there was a dog fight in a dog park over a toy. No injuries. This case is unfounded.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A stray dog was found by a Longmont citizen. The dog was transported to a shelter.

On Sunday, January 20, 2019, Longmont police took a report of a criminal mischief in the 600 block of Main Street. There are no suspects at this time. This case is closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Sunday, January 20, 2019, at approximately 1730 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched by phone on a reported cold domestic in progress. No evidence of a crime was found. This case is closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On Sunday, January 20, 2019, at approximately 1710 hours, officers responded to a restraining order violation in the 1700 block of Duchess Drive. A female was contacted and arrested for violation of the order. This case is closed.
