CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS
On July 24, 2019, a criminal mischief report was received from the 200 block of Emery Street. An adult male reported the window glass was busted out of his vehicle.
FRAUD
On July 24, 2019, a fraud report was received from the 1300 block of Lupine Court. An adult female reported a check was stolen from her vehicle and cashed by an unknown subject.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, 7/24/19 at 1100 hours, Longmont Police Officers took a 41 year-old man into custody on three active warrants at Martin Road and Placer Street. This case is cleared by arrest.
ASSAULT
On July 24, 2019 at approximately 1453 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of an adult son who assaulted his 76 year-old father while he was driving. An arrest warrant is being written.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at approximately 1857 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Sumner Street on a domestic disturbance involving an adult male and an adult female.Officers determined that after a vacation out of state, the female returned home to her fiancé engaged to an ex-boyfriend. The male was arrested for harassment and domestic violence. He was transported to the Boulder County Jail and released into their custody. The case is cleared by arrest.
TRESPASS
The Longmont Police Department investigated a theft/trespass complaint in the 10 block of 9th Avenue. This case is cleared by arrest/summons issued.
WARRANT ARREST
On Tuesday, July 23, 2019, officers responded to the 2100 block of Main Street in response to a welfare check. After investigation, a male party was arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
On Tuesday, 7/24/19, Animal Control was called on a dog in a car. The dog was panting and the temperature in the car was excessive. We removed the dog and the owner was cited.
WARRANT ARREST
On July 23, 2019, Longmont Police attempted to locate a wanted party in the 2000 block of McCall Place. One adult female was contacted and taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.
SHOPLIFT
On 7/24/19, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in reference to a shoplift involving an adult male.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On July 24, 2019, Longmont Police investigated a FDC in the 1000 block of 15th Avenue. No suspects were able to be identified and the case is closed with no further leads.
AUTO THEFT
A Longmont resident in the 2500 block of Sunset Drive reported his motorcycle stolen. There are no investigative leads.
ATTEMPT TO LOCATE
On Wednesday, 7/24/19, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1500 block in reference to a female on scene with possible warrants. An adult female was contacted and later arrested without incident. Cleared by Arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On 7/24/19, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Avenue and Lincoln Street. An adult male occupant was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was placed into custody without incident and transported to Boulder County Jail.
SHOPLIFT
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, officers responded to the 2500 block of Main Street in response to a shoplifting. An investigation was conducted and the case is cleared by arrest, summons issued.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Wednesday, 7/24/19, Longmont Police witnessed an adult male huffing toxic vapors in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The male was contacted and cited. This case is cleared by arrest with a summons issued.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 7/24/19, officers began investigating a possible ongoing domestic violence situation occurring in the 2600 block of Denver Avenue. The case is open.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Lashley Streetfor a warrant arrest. One adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
BURGLARY
On Thursday, July 24, 2019, at approximately 1730 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Sweet Valley Court in regards to a burglary. An adult female was contacted and later arrested. This case is cleared by an arrest.
DUI
On 7/24/19, officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Main Street on a report of multiple hit and run accidents. After investigation, officers were able to contact the driver and arrest him for Driving Under the influence as well as other traffic related charges. Case is cleared by arrest.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at approximately 1830 hours, officers were contacted by the Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services regarding a juvenile female. An information report was written documenting the concerns.
AUTO THEFT
On July 24, 2019 at approximately 1852 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a stolen motorcycle from the 2500 block of Sunset Drive. The motorcycle was located in Fort Collins. No Suspects. Case is closed unless further leads develop.
