THEFT
An employee of a Longmont business located in the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard reported an attempted theft of merchandise. There are no investigative leads.
BURGLARY
A Longmont resident reported burglary, first degree criminal trespass, and theft in the 1500 block of Stardance Circle. There is no suspect information at this time.
THEFT
On July 24, 2019, a theft report was received from the 2300 block of Main Street. An adult female reported her wallet was stolen from her purse and her credit card has been used in making fraudulent purchases.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Thursday, 7/25/19, Longmont Police were dispatched to a disturbance at the corner of Longs Peak Avenue and Coffman Street. Upon investigation, it was determined that an adult male committed an act of Domestic Violence against an adult female and the male was taken into custody. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by Arrest.
THEFT
On July 25, 2019, a theft report was received from the 2100 block of Boise Court. An adult female reported money was stolen from her bank account.
FRAUD
On Thursday, 7/25/19 at 1036 hours, a Longmont Police Officer investigated a theft and forgery which took place in the 10 block of Reed Place. This case is open and sent to the Longmont Police Detective Division for follow-up.
WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, 7/25/19 at 1347 hours Longmont Police Officers took a 27 year-old man into custody in the 500 block of Coffman Street for an active warrant out of Jefferson County. This case is cleared by arrest.
MENACING
On Wednesday, July 25, 2019, officers took a report about a potential menacing which occured in prior months. An investigation was conducted and the case is open for follow-up.
MITTIMUS ARREST
On 7/23/19 at 1602 hours, a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a mittimus arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was sentenced to twenty days in the Boulder County Jail. The adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case was cleared by arrest.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On July 24, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash at 9th Avenue and Main Street. An adult male bicyclist involved in the crash was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. This case is open for further investigation.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at about 2313 hours, Longmont Police contacted an adult male in Roosevelt park for park curfew hour violation. The male was arrested on an active warrant issued out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $500.00 bond.
THEFT
On Thursday, July 25, 2019 at around 0208 hours, Longmont Police investigated a theft in the 800 block of Arrowwood Street. A suspect has been identified and the investigation remains open.
MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW
On July 25, 2019 around 0245 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Homestead Parkway for a medical assist. A juvenile male was taken to the hospital for a mental health hold.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
The Longmont Police Department's Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Boulder County Drug Task Force with an investigation. All inquiries should be directed to them.
THEFT
An employee of a Weld County business reported theft in the 00 block of Longs Peak Lane. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
THEFT
A Longmont resident reported theft on the 1000 block of Sparrow Hawk Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On Thursday, 7/25/19, Longmont Police were notified by a local towing company that a vehicle they had towed from a business in the 2500 block of Main Street turned out to be a stolen vehicle from the City of Westminster. Officers notified the owner of the vehicle and followed up with the Westminster Police Department.

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 400 block of Baker Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
FRAUD
On Thursday, July 25, 2019, officers responded to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in response to a fraud. An investigation was conducted and the case is open.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 7/25/19, the Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic incident in the 700 block of South Martin Street.
FRAUD
A Longmont resident reported forgery and theft in the 1600 block of Adkinson Avenue. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On July 25, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Emery Street on a domestic violence-related disturbance. An adult female was transported to the hospital after being strangled by her adult male fiancee. The male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
DISTURBANCE
Officers responded to the 200 block of Lashley Street on the report of a disturbance. Officers located several males nearby. One of the males was in the possession of a handgun and ran on foot from the scene.
WARRANT ARREST
On July 25, 2019, Officers contacted an adult male in the 400 block of Lashley Street in reference to an earlier disturbance. He was arrested on prior outstanding warrants. This case is cleared by arrest.
MENACING
On Thursday, 7/25/19 at approximately 2051 hours, police responded to the area of Hover Street and 3rd Avenue in relation to a menacing. The location of the menacing was later determined to have occurred on Hover Street, just north of Hover Street and Nelson Road. An unknown male pointed a gun at the victim while in a road rage incident. There are no further leads at this time.
