AUTO THEFT
A Longmont resident in the 1200 block of South Pratt Parkway reported her vehicle stolen. The case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
A Frederick resident reported first-degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Francis Street. This case was closed due to a lack of viable suspect information.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 2300 block of Santa Fe Drive. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.
FRAUD
A Longmont resident reported identity theft occurring out of state. This case was closed due to jurisdictional issues.
FRAUD
On March 14, 2019, a fraud report was received from the 1700 block of Main Street. An adult male reported merchandise was purchased from his store using false information. This case is open.
FRAUD
A resident of Centennial reported her identity was used for employment by a suspect here in Longmont. This case is under investigation.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 3/14/19, the Longmont Police Department was called to the 2500 block of Main Street regarding a civil protection order violation. The suspect was identified but the victim didn't wish to prosecute. This case is closed.
HARASSMENT
On March 10, 2019, Longmont police officers were contacted in reference to an ongoing harassment between two adult females. The victim in the case wished to pursue charges. Multiple attempts were made to contact the suspect but officers were ultimately unable to contact her. A warrant is pending for her arrest. This case is closed.
ASSAULT
On 3/13/19, officers responded to the 1800 block of Rice Street on a report of a disturbance. A report was taken but the victim did not want to pursue any type of charges. This case is closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On March 13, 2019, officers responded to the 1400 block of Burlington Drive on the report of an unknown male entering parked vehicles. Officers were unable to locate the suspect. Due to a lack of further information this case will be closed.
DUI
On March 13, 2019, officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 9th Avenue and Lashley Street. Officers contacted one adult male driver, an adult male passenger and a juvenile female passenger. The driver was arrested for DUI related charges and possession of a weapon by a prior offender. This case was cleared by arrest.
FOLLOW-UP
On Thursday, March 14, 2019, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.
FRAUD
On Thursday, 3/14/19, a report was taken in reference to an identity theft which occurred on Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 3/14/19, an adult male was arrested for violating a protection order in the 700 block of Crisman Drive. This case was cleared by arrest.
ASSAULT
On Thursday, 3/14/19 at approximately 1031 hours, officers were dispatched in the area of Main Street and 6th Avenue regarding a disturbance. Officers learned a developmentally disabled adult had assaulted staff members. Victims did not want to pursue charges. Mental health teams will be following up later with the developmentally disabled adult. This case is closed.
VICIOUS DOG
On Thursday, 3/14/19, a female was bitten by a loose dog that she was trying to catch. The dog has been placed on quarantine.
