DUI

On Friday, March 29, 2019, officers were dispatched to the area of Calais Drive and Olympia Avenue in response to a DUI. A 49 year-old female was arrested for DUI related charges. This case was cleared by arrest.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

The employee of a Longmont business reported suspicious activity in the 400 block of Main Street. This case is closed due a to lack of viable suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 3/29/19 at approximately 0300 hours, Longmont police officers responded to a domestic incident in the 100 block of Rogers Road. A male was arrested for domestic violence and drug charges.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 3/29/19, officers with the Longmont Police Department arrested an adult male for violation of a protection order and outstanding arrest warrants in the 2200 block of Dexter Drive. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Thursday, March 29, 2019, officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 900 block of Hover Street. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, March 28, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1100 block of Parker Drive in reference to a report of criminal mischief. A 43 year-old male reported the tire of his vehicle was slashed. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On March 28, 2019, officers took a report of a criminal mischief that occurred near the intersection of 9th Avenue and Tulip Street. An unknown suspect threw a rock at a vehicle. Due to a lack of further suspect information, this case will be closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 3/28/19 at approximately 2143 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a call of motorcycle theft in the 600 block of Longs Peak Avenue. The suspect has not been identified at this time. This case is closed.

THEFT

On 2/28/19 at 2320 hours, officers responded to a theft that just occurred in a parking lot of a closed business in the 500 block of Hover Street. An adult male resident of Longmont met an unknown person to sell an item and the unknown suspect stole the item without paying. The suspect fled in a vehicle that was later determined to have been stolen. There are leads in this matter and the case is open, under further investigation.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 3/29/19 at 0144 hours, and adult male resident of Longmont was found sleeping in a running car in an alley in the 1500 block of Bross. The male had drug items in plain view when officers looked inside the vehicle, and he was arrested. This case was cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Friday, 3/29/19, a report was taken in reference a theft which occurred in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FRAUD

On Friday, 3/29/19, a report was taken in reference to an identity theft and theft which occurred in the 1000 block of South Hover Street. This case was closed as suspects are unknown.

INFORMATION

On Friday, 3/29/19, Longmont police investigated a possible incident of child abuse that occurred 12 days ago in the 100 block of Lincoln Street.Upon investigation, there is no evidence to suggest anything criminal occurred and this report is for information only. This case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, March 29, 2019, officers took a report of an auto theft from the 1100 block of Lefthand Drive. A male stated that a female had taken the vehicle without his permission. This case is open pending arrest warrant.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 900 block of Hover Street. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

Longmont police responded to Guaranty Bank at 1650 Pace Street on a suspicious incident. An informational report has been completed.

DISTURBANCE

On March 29, 2019, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 600 block of Longs Peak Avenue on a disturbance. An adult male was contacted and placed on a 72 hour mental health hold.

LOST PROPERTY

A Longmont resident reported a lost wallet in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. Courtesy report.

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case was closed due to a lack of suspect information.

THEFT

On Friday, 3/29/19, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 600 block of Coffman Street. This case was closed as suspects are unknown.

AUTO THEFT

On 3/29/19, Longmont officers took a report of a motor vehicle theft that occurred on the 1800 block of Sunset Place. This case was closed due to a lack of investigative leads.

SHOPLIFT

On Friday, March 29, 2019 at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street in response to a reported shoplift. One party was issued a summons and released. This case was closed with a summons issued.
