THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 1200 block of Tulip Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident reported his motorcycle was stolen from the 00 block of Cornell Drive. There are no investigative leads.

INFORMATION

The Longmont Police Department investigated a welfare check in the 00 University Dr. Case is closed.

MENACING

On May 28, 2020, Officers responded to the 1400 block of S. Collyer St. reference a felony menacing. An adult male and adult female were taken in to custody, the case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, 5/28/20, Longmont Police were informed of an allegation of a sexual assault on a child. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY

The Longmont Police Department investigated a burglary in the 2000 block of Tyrrhenian Ci. Case is closed.

INFORMATION

On May 27, 2020 the Longmont Police Department investigated a harassment in the 100 block of Lincoln St. This report is for information only.

DRUG VIOLATION

On May 27, 2020 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Kimbark St. on the report of a narcotics violation. An adult male was issued a summons for possession of greater than 4 grams of schedule I and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/27/20 Longmont Police responded to the 200 blk of S Bowen on reports of a female throwing large rocks in the roadway and acting erratic. The female was later placed on a mental health hold and transported to a local hospital.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block if Coffman St. reference a domestic violence case. An adult female was taken into custody. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/27/2020, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Thornwood Way. It was reported there was a disturbance between an adult female and an adult male. The male was taken into custody without incident. The case was cleared by arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 05/27/2020 at 2155, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Summer Hawk Dr on report of a suicide attempt. A 40 year old male cut his wrists with a knife. The male was transported to the hospital and placed on a mental health hold without incident.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Thursday 05/28/2020 at approximately 0509 police received a call for service from the 1300 block Carnation Circle in relation to first degree criminal trespass to a vehicle. The incident occurred sometime between Wednesday 05/27/2020 at approximately 1300 hours and Thursday 05/28/2020 at approximately 0509 hours. There are no suspect leads at this time.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, May 28, 2020, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

DISTURBANCE

On 05/28/2020 Longmont Police responded to a disturbance involving a male attacking another male in the 800 block of Coffman St. After an investigation, the suspect male was placed on a mental health hold. The victim did not wish to pursue charges.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 05/28/20, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2300 Blk. of Wedgewood Ave. The suspects are unknown.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

The Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic violence incident in the 1600 block of Gillette Ct. Case is open.

WELFARE CHECK

On 05/28/2020 (Thursday) at approximately 1250 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Main Street on the report of an adult male who was suicidal. Officers contacted the male who stated he was suicidal and struggling with alcohol addiction. The adult male was taken to a local facility for further evaluation.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, May 28, 2020, at approximately 1530 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of criminal mischief in the 3000 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd.,

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, May 28, 2020 Longmont Police took a phone report regarding a stolen vehicle from the 2200 blk of Smith Dr. Case is open and under investigaton.

VICIOUS DOG

On Thursday, May 28, 2020 at about 2245 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a vicious dog in the 1500 block of Warren Ave. An adult female found a dog, picked the dog up, and the dog bit the female. The dog ran away after the female dropped it.
