AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported vehicle theft in the 00 block of Birch Court. This case is open.

INFORMATION

An information only report was taken in the 1800 block of Sunset Place.

FRAUD

On 10/24/2019, at approximately 2044 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible fraud that occured in the 600 block of Buchanan Ln, City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On the evening of 10-24-19, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 300 block of Quail Road. The matter is under further investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, October 25, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Venice St. on a report of a domestic incident between an adult male and an adult female. An adult female was arrested for theft and domestic violence and the case is closed.

THEFT

On 10/25/2019, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Baker St. referencing a cold theft report. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have been made at this time. No suspects have yet been identified.

BURGLARY

On Friday 10/25/2019 Longmont Police were dispatched to a cold burglary in the 11000 block of Ute hwy. Case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On Friday 10/25/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1800 block of Rice St. One adult male was arrested on warrants and violation of protection order. Case cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On October 25, 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 00 block of Meredeth Ln on the report of a downed party. An adult male was found to be deceased. This case is open.

VICIOUS DOG

Two dogs were loose and one charged a neighbor, the owner was issued a ticket for the incident.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont male was bit by a dog while breaking up a dog fight. The dog was put on quarantine at home.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A Longmont male was bit by his cat, the cat was surrendered to a humane society. The cat is on quarantine.

THEFT

HOLD OVEROn Friday, 10/25/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2500 Blk. of Main St. The suspects are unknown.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 10/25/19, a report was taken reference an attempted criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the 300 Blk. of Sumner St. The suspects are unknown.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Friday, 10/25/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass which occured in the 1700 Blk. of 11th Ave. on 10/15/19. The suspects are unknown.

SEX ASSAULT

On October 25, 2019, a Longmont Police Officer was dispatched to a report of a sexual assault in the city of Longmont. There are no leads or suspects at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10/24/2019, at approximately 2221 hours, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic incident in progress in the 2400 block of Airport Rd. City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado.

Saturday, October 26

THEFT

On Saturday, 10-26-2019, Longmont Police received the report of a cold theft that occurred within the last 24 hours in the 100 blk of E. 6th Ave. A suspect was identified however at this time there is no corroborating evidence to support probable cause.

ARSON

On Saturday, 10-26-2019, Longmont Police reponded to the report of juveniles whom had lit a small fire in an open space area N.E. of the area of Grandview Meadows Dr and Clover Basin Dr. Upon investigation, 2 juvenile males were located and later referred to the firestarter diversion program.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 10/26/2019, police were called to investigate a cold a domestic disturbance between an adult male and an adult female. Police are still investigating. Case is open.

DISTURBANCE

On October 26, 2019 the Longmont Police Department arrested an adult male on an outstanding warrant and attempting to influence a public official. The male was transported to Boulder County Jail.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted the FBI with an investigation. Any inquiries need to be directed to the FBI.

FOLLOW UP

On October 25, 2019 the Longmont Police Department placed an adult female on a 72 hour mental health hold in the 200 block of Collyer St. The female was transported to Longmont United Hospital.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday 10/25/2019 at approximately 1348 hrs, Officers were dispatched to Park Ridge Ave and Copper Peak Ln in the City of Longmont regarding a disturbance in progress between an adult male and adult female. No arrest was made, both parties were later separated.

DUI

On Friday, 10/25/19 at approximately 1420 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near 5th Ave and Main St. An adult male driver was arrested for DUI and other charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On October 25, 2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 800 block of Grant St on a disturbance. A juvenile male was taken into custory and placed on a 72 hour mental health hold.

CHILD

On Friday 10/25/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to follow up on a case by phone. A report of child abuse was made at that time. Case is open.

DUI

On October 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of 9th Ave and Pace Street. One adult male was contacted. He was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

ROBBERY

On Friday 10/25/2019 at approximately 2256 hours police received a call for service in relation to a theft, later determined to a robbery, that occurred around 1930 hours in the area of 300 block Main Street (unconfirmed). There is no identifiable information at this time.

DUI

On October 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop of a vehicle believed to be involved in a hit and run that occurred near the intersection of UTE Highway and Hover Street. One adult male was contacted. He was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

SHOOTING

On Saturday, October 26, 2019 at about 0200 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Airport Road on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival officers found a fight had occurred between several people and someone fired off two rounds into the air.

BURGLARY

On 10/26/2019 the Longmont Police received a cold report of a burglary of a private residence. Unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the residence, causing damage to the structure in the process. There are no suspects or leads in this case, and it will be closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 10/26/2019 the Longmont Police Department received a report of a stolen 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 600 motorcycle, bearing CO. license plate WYO190. Unknown person(s) unlawfully took the motorcycle from the driveway of a residence in the 2100 block of Dexter Dr.

DUI

On October 26, 2019, Longmont Police took a report of an intoxicated driver in the 1900 block of Main St. An adult male was placed under arrest. This case is cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On October 26, 2019, the Longmont Police Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400 block of Main Street. An adult female driver was found to have a warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Saturday, October 26, 2019 Longmont Police stopped a vehilce with a DUI driver inside. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by arrest.

Sunday, October 27

DUI

On October 26th, 2019, Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a motorcycle near the intersection of S. Main and Quebec Ave. The adult male rider attempted to flee from Officers but crashed a short distance away. He was arrested for DUI and traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, October 27, 2019, officers responded to the 00 block of Gardner Dr on a report of a disturbance. An adult male was arrested for a protection order violation and the case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On 10/27/2019, Longmont officers responded to the area of Hover Street and Boston Avenue on a report of a single vehicle accident. One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI amongst other charges. Case cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On October 27, 2019 the Longmont Police Department took a report of an auto theft in the one hundred block of E 6th Ave. No suspects have been identified.

GRAFFITI

On 10/27/2019 around 1530 hours, officers responded to a cold criminal mischief located in the 2100 block of Northshore Drive. A report was filed.

DUI

On October 26, 2019, Longmont Police initiated a traffic stop in the 000 block of Main St for a vehicle that was seen traveling 45 mph in a 25 mph listed zone. An adult male was later arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, October 27, 2019, at approximately 2013 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd for a disturbance. An adult male was arrested on a warrant and issued a summons for multiple offences. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was walking her dog when it was bit by a loose dog. The owner was given a ticket for the incident.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Sunday October 27, 2019 at approximately 0702 hours, Officer's responded to the 1900 blk of Mountain View Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a suspicious situation.

THEFT

On Sunday, October 27, 2019, at approximately 1538 hours, officers responded to the 700 block of Buchanan Lane on a report of a theft from the residence. Officers were unable to determine if a theft occurred or if the item was misplaced inside the residence.

MISSING PERSON

On 10/27/2019 Officers responded to the 2700 block of East Ken Pratt Blvd on report of a runaway juvenile male. Officers searched the area and located the juvenile male. The male was returned to his residence.
