Oil and gas issues will be the topic of a city council executive session Tuesday night.
The executive session begins at 6:00 p.m. and is closed to the public and media. The council will reemerge at 7 p.m. for a public work session.
The executive session will be held to discuss the master contract with Top Operating Co., the site relinquishment and lease agreement with Top Operating Co., CCW Energy, LLC, and Cub Creek Energy, LLC, according to the posted agenda.
The session will also cover “related oil and gas operations and mineral interest in the city,” the agenda states.
