OUR Center in Longmont is gearing up for the winter months and is asking for donations.

"With cooler weather upon us, we realize the winter holidays will soon be here, so planning is in the works," a newsletter from the nonprofit stated.

The center sent out a wish list of items it could use in its Community Cafe, Community Market or Community Closet programs.

"We see more families needing our assistance to remain stable and make ends meet," the center stated.

Donations to the OUR Center can be made on weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on weekends and major holidays from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 220 Collyer Street. Donations should be taken to the south entrance labeled "Donation Zone."
