Vicious Dog

A veterinary technician was bitten while working at a veterinary clinic in Longmont. The owner of the dog was spoken with and the dog was quarantined at home.

A Longmont woman had her dog attacked by a dog tied up near the Community Garden at 11th Avenue and Baker Street. The tied dog owners grabbed their dog and left the area. Animal Control will attempt to locate the dog owners.

Car Theft

An adult female resident of the 900 block of Corey St was watching TV when she heard her car start. She looked outside and her car was gone. There are no leads or suspect information and the matter is closed until the vehicle is located.

At about 3:18am, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 700 block of 8th Avenue on a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, officers were informed someone stole the victim's vehicle that was parked on the street in front of their residence. Case closed.

Longmont Police took a report of a stolen Nissan Maxima from 9th Avenue. The case is closed.

Theft

Longmont Police received a report of a possible theft in the 3900 block of Da Vinci Dr. The reporting party does not wish to pursue charges, however wanted the incident documented. This case will be Closed.

A Longmont resident had some of her property stolen from in front of her residence. This case is closed due to suspect information.

At approximately 11:55am, Longmont Police took a report of a bicycle theft in the 200 block of Main St. The suspect is unknown. The bicycle was locked and stolen from a bicycle rack.

Shoplifting 

At about 4:36pm, Officers were dispatched to a shoplift in the 500 block of S. Hover St where a young female was in store custody and cooperative. Case referred to the Longmont Community Justice Program. Case exceptionally cleared.

Fraud

Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Main St. in reference to a report of a fraud. A 41 year old female reported a fraudulent $50 was passed for goods. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Criminal Mischief

Officers were dispatched to a Criminal Mischief on the 2400 block of Scott Ct. This case is closed for insufficient suspect information.

Child Abuse

Officers responded to a child abuse in the 1600 block of Pace St. An adult female was cited for Child Abuse. Case is cleared by arrest, summon issued.

Sex Assault

Officer responded to a cold sex assault on a female juvenile. This case remains open pending an investigation.

Menacing

At approximately 12:47pm, Officers responded to a menacing that occurred at Hover St. and Ken Pratt Blvd.. Due to the lack of suspect information this case is closed.

Protection Order

Longmont Officers took a runaway juvenile/ protection order violation report. A runaway juvenile female is believed to be with a restrained juvenile male. Case is open.
