Yesterday evening, the Silver Creek High School administration received "an anonymous Safe2Tell message that suggested a possible threat of violence" against the school today, Thursday, September 7, 2017.
The Longmont Police Department was notified and are currently investigating the situation. Police have increased their presence at Silver Creek High School throughout today.
The Longmont Observer will update the story as we learn more.
