Values with Shakeel: In this interview with Matt Eldred of TLC Learning Center, Matt and Shakeel discuss TLC’s usual function in our community, and how they are adapting to provide child care for the children of critical workers who are needed as responders to the COVID-19 crisis. TLC is a Level Four Colorado Shines early childhood education and pediatric therapy center. They teach typical children from birth to age six, side by side children with special needs from birth to age twelve in a year-round, fully inclusive program. Now TLC’s regular attendance is at about 50%of enrollment because parents who can are keeping their children home.
