On Feb. 28, 2023, Justin Whittaker was charged with four counts of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust. It is alleged that between 2009 and 2017, Mr. Whittaker had sexual contact with several children while they were visiting his home on Westin Drive in Erie.
The District Attorney’s Office and the Erie Police Department believe there may be additional victims or witnesses.
