Boulder County will be staging open top dumpsters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow, Oct. 23, for the disposal of spoiled food for residents affected by the Calwood and Lefthand Canyon fires.
Dumpsters will be placed at the following locations:
- Riverside: The pull-out area across the road from 3638 Riverside Dr, Lyons, CO 80540 (Riverside Drive & CO Highway 72)
- Jamestown: Elysian Park Turnaround near Cemetary Road
- Ward:144 Utica St, Ward, CO 80481
- Greenbriar Restaurant, 8735 N Foothills Hwy, Boulder, CO 80302
- Bar K: 1180 Rock Lake Rd, Ward 80481 (the parking area by Rock Lake)
- Gold Hill: Bluebird Lodge Parking Lot at 280-320 Main Street
- Buckingham Park: Intersection of Lefthand Canyon Drive & Olde Stage Road
These dumpsters will be dedicated for the collection and disposal of spoiled food only.
Do NOT bring fire ash, debris, or hazardous waste.
