February 23 virtual community meeting on Article 19 Provisions for Rebuilding after the Marshall Fire

On Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m., Boulder County will host a third online community meeting with residents in unincorporated Boulder County who were impacted by the Marshall Fire. This meeting will focus on the Article 19 provisions (Procedures Following a Disaster), which will specify the process for residents to rebuild fire-destroyed structures. County staff will present topics that will be included in the provisions and facilitate discussion intended to gather feedback and additional ideas related to the rebuilding process. Adoption of the Article 19 provisions requires review at public hearings in front of the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners, at which there also will be opportunity to provide input.

Impacted property owners in unincorporated Boulder County and any professionals assisting residents in the rebuilding process are encouraged to attend.
