NEWS RELEASE
BOULDER COUNTY
*************************

Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting seeks community input on a proposed Land Use Code update which would allow an Accessory Dwelling to be built as part of the redevelopment of a property where the residence was destroyed by the Marshall Fire. The Boulder County Land Use Code applies to the unincorporated portions of Boulder County, not in incorporated cities and towns.

Three opportunities for engagement with county staff have been developed so that feedback can be incorporated into proposed Code amendments.
