NEWS RELEASE
LATINO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
*************************

The Latino Chamber is saddened by the recent violence in the City of  Boulder. As partners and collaborators in this county, city and community we share in our successes and grieve together in difficult times. The Latino Chamber extends its sincere condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of the victims of this terrible tragedy.

Along with your prayers, thoughts, and compassion we want to pass along some options for you to show your support and help our neighbors.

  • The Boulder County Crisis Fund. Established by our colleagues at the Community Foundation Boulder County, this fund will support the needs of those directly affected, as well as the community's needs to heal.

  • The Colorado Healing Fund. Funds will go directly to victims and their families. CHF works with victim service partners to identify victim needs and fill the gaps in financial resources.

  • The Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation - When a line of duty death occurs, the Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation assists, supports, and provides resources in their effort to serve the deceased officer’s family based on their needs and wishes. Colorado Fallen Hero Foundation's presence allows for honoring a fallen colleague without the pressure of funeral planning, allowing them an appropriate time to grieve
